Peach-scented small variety{500g}

Originating from the core tea-growing region of Tongmu Pass in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province, this tea is a perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and natural floral and fruity aromas.

Aroma: The aroma of ripe peaches fills the air as soon as the tea is brewed, intertwined with the rich fruitiness of dried longan. The aftertaste carries a delicate wildflower honey fragrance, reminiscent of biting into a perfectly ripe peach.

Taste: The tea broth is orange-red and translucent, smooth and full-bodied on the palate, with a fresh, fruity sweetness that reveals the distinctive pine smoke aroma of Zhengshan Xiaozhong (traditional smoked version) or a pure floral and fruity aroma (modern unsmoked version), with a lingering, honey-like aftertaste.

Leaf base: The young buds are uniform and copper-coloured, and after brewing, the leaves remain vibrant, with the fruity aroma lingering at the bottom of the cup.

 Using Wuyi Cai Cha group varieties as raw materials, innovative fermentation techniques are employed to bring out the aroma of peaches. Some versions retain the traditional pine wood smoking and roasting process, creating a unique combination of fruit aroma and smoky flavour.

【Brewing Recommendations】

Brew in a covered bowl or porcelain teapot with water at 90-95°C. For the first three infusions, pour and drain immediately to bring out the fruity aroma without masking the tea's natural flavour.

You can also try cold brewing by adding fresh peach slices and refrigerating for four hours to create a special summer iced tea.
