Tea Tree: Preferred Cinnamon variety shoots (one bud, two or three leaves)
Dried tea: dark green with curly strands, white hairs appearing

Light fermentation: 18 hours of temperature-controlled fermentation, retaining the fresh and fruity flavour
Low-temperature baking: 12 hours of slow baking at 65°C to avoid the loss of aroma
Flower and Fruit Blending: Peach / Osmanthus trees planted in the vicinity of the tea plantation (no flavouring added)

Covered Bowl Brewing: 90℃ water temperature, 5g tea + 120ml, first brew 15 seconds
Glass cup brewing: 3g tea + 300ml, watch the buds and leaves dance.
